The title of 1st Runner-up belongs to Nguyen Linh Chi, while Nguyen Tran Minh Tam and Phan Thu Hien both hold the 2nd Runner-up position.
The new Miss Nguyen Hoai Phuong Anh was born in 2001 in Vung Tau, 1.7 m tall, with measurements of 84-63-93 cm, graduated from the University of Finance - Marketing. She was highly appreciated by the judges for her intelligent behavior and convergence of many physical advantages.
In the final night, 30 contestants went through the competitions including ao dai, bikini, evening gown to find the top 5, then entered the behavioral round.
