Youth Union bases in Da Nang city have handed over many free playgrounds to children in recent times, helping them have space and equipment for play, entertainment, and physical and mental training.
In August 2024, the City Police Youth Union inaugurated two free playgrounds in Phu Son 2 village and Huong Lam village (Hoa Khuong commune, Hoa Vang district). The two projects received joint contributions from the leaders, cadres, and youth union members of the City Police.
The playgrounds are equipped with bouncy animals, merry-go-rounds, slides, suspension bridges, etc., bringing joy and excitement to children and local residents.
Previously, in July 2024, Hoa Vang District Youth Union coordinated with units to inaugurate a playground in La Chau Bac village (Hoa Khuong commune). Thereby, increasing the total number of free playgrounds supported by union units for Hoa Khuong commune to 3 projects.
After being put into use, the playgrounds will create a healthy and safe playground for children and residents. At the same time, it will raise awareness in the community about environmental protection, limit littering, and create a green - clean - beautiful landscape in residential areas.
