After a series of consecutive successes over two Tet seasons, director Tran Thanh continues to participate in the 2025 Tet film race with the film “The Four Guardians”. According to the revelation from the day of filming, he will return to his forte of comedy.
The first image has just been released, partly revealing the appearance of the "guard team" that will bring laughter to the audience on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025.
The title of the movie “The Avengers” suggests a group of people who “cause havoc” everywhere. That is confirmed in the 1st Look Poster with a chaotic scene, “chickens and dogs running” behind the first appearance of the quartet.
Director Tran Thanh shared about the quartet in the film: “This will be a group of people who have a lot of love for others, and also a lot of time, because they are “idle and reckless”. So instead of helping their loved ones, the result is all “chickens and dogs running”. These awkward situations about “idleness” will open up a humorous story for the audience.”
Also from the definition of the "four defenders", Tran Thanh shared his thoughts when returning to his forte of comedy in the fourth film. He said that Tran Thanh's laughter is not just funny pieces, hoping to bring a new perspective to the audience on deadlocked situations, so that we can laugh freely during Tet, together with a happy and comfortable mindset to welcome the new year.
The film is expected to be released on Lunar New Year 2025.
