The actor said that his biggest challenge when playing Son was the eye that needed to have a gentle, sincere look naturally from within.
To perfect the role, he found the shadow of Quoc Truong in the new era from the West to Ho Chi Minh City with a face full of crankiness and beauty to get emotions.
To be honest, I am also a gentle person, not a bad boy, so I try to take the deepest qualities in myself to perform. At the same time, I restrained myself from the sharp eyes of a businessman's Quoc Truong to create an easy-to-listen and trustworthy Son on screen," he confided.
A memorable memory is the scene where Quoc Truong's film Son was sleeping in the coffin. Having never acted in a similar scene before and not wanting this situation to happen in real life, Quoc Truong was quite scared and nervous while filming.
The cramped space inside made him unable to move, making it extremely uncomfortable. He recalled: "Whoever has a fear of tight spaces cannot endure it. It felt very strange that I "worked it for the first time" and that was also something I didn't want to do anymore, even if it was just in the film. Luckily, I'm not superstitious, I just believe in causation. Thanks to that, I overcame the psychological obstacle to complete the filming.

In another situation, Son faced a "ghost of property" in the dark tunnel. The tunnel was narrow, lacking oxygen, continuous fireworks, and the strong smell of kerosene made Quoc Truong feel suffocated. Every time the director shouted "cut", he had to run outside to breathe. The scene taken after a long working day, the actor was covered in water and had to develop a panic mentality, making Quoc Truong even more exhausted.
Despite the hardships, the handsome man of Vietnamese films believes that these are new and interesting marks for him to renew himself in "ut Lan: Oan Linh Duong". Also with the work of director Tran Trong Dan, Quoc Truong had the opportunity to reunite with a former close co-star, Mac Van Khoa. Compared to the film "The Anime" two years ago, the duo has switched between the main and supporting roles.
