The film marks the collaboration of young actors Luong Gia Huy, Dung Bino, Thai Tra My and Bich Ngoc, promising to create a lot of controversy when it is released at the end of October.
The trailer opens with a luxurious setting in the resort of Long (Luong Gia Huy) and Ngoc (Bich Ngoc). Accepting the invitation, young writer Hiep (Dung Bino) took his girlfriend Trang (Thai Tra My) to relax and find inspiration to write a book. However, right from the first minute of meeting, Trang was a little scared when meeting Long, as if recalling a sad memory. From here, the relationship of four became a complex "combat" full of stripes and danger.

Luong Gia Huy - the face that has just attracted attention with the role of "muscle-crossing" in the movie "Red Rain" - continues to bring the image of a brutal, wild man. The character Long appears through transformed eyes, sinister laughter and scenes of violence and harassment. The series of "bed" scenes with the two female leads also shows the boldness of this film project.
Meanwhile, Thai Tra My plays Trang - a modern woman but with many injuries, forcing her to exploit the psychological depth of the character. Bich Ngoc left her fragile image for the first time to transform into Ngoc, a wife with many calculations and secrets. Dung Bino plays Hiep, a gentle and kind writer, but is caught up in a dangerous relationship with both Ngoc and Long.
The film's poster depicts four characters in a tight-fitting position, each with one eye closed as a metaphor for lies and hiding. Tagline " Close eyes, open eyes, openess is lost" evokes the story of a privateer with many struggles and betrayals.
Director Hoang Tho - familiar with the genre of psychological TV series - shared his desire to bring a film depicting human reactions to crime and the transformation in love. With a dramatic script, the film "Bim mat chieu" is expected to create a different highlight in the year-end Vietnamese film season.
The film is expected to be released nationwide from October 31, 2025.
