The Korean Embassy in Vietnam and the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam in collaboration with the Korean Tourism Administration, the Korean Creative Content Agency, the Korean copyright Protection Agency, the Korean State-owned Agricultural, Seafood and Food Distribution Corporation, King Sejong Academy headquartered in Vietnam... will organize the "Vietnam - Korea Friendship Cultural Festival 2025" on July 26 and 27, 2025 at Le Loi Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City - one of the city's famous tourist destinations.
This year's "Vietnam - Korea Friendship Cultural Festival" is the fourth event held after the great success of last year with more than 20,000 attendees.
In particular, this year's event attracted the participation of many Korean enterprises operating in Vietnam such as CJ ENM, CGV, Kakao Friends, Dook'n Dook'n... giving the public the opportunity to directly experience Hallyu content such as movies, K-beauty, Korean cartoon characters...
The Korean Cultural Center cooperates with the State Corporation for Agricultural, Seafood and Food Distribution of Korea and Korean culinary enterprises such as Daesang, Binggrae, Otoki, Orion, Samlip, Otochick... to operate a region to introduce and promote diverse Korean cuisine. Thereby, people in Ho Chi Minh City will have the opportunity to learn and enjoy the unique features of Korean culinary culture.
The art performance program for the 2 days of the event will bring special performances including: Stage of popular V-pop artists such as CONGB, Ngo Lan Huong; eye-catching Taekwondo performance from the Korean National Taekwondo Team; traditional art performance combining Vietnam and Korea from Noreum Machi Art Troupe and Vietnam Art Troupe; along with vibrant performances such as K-POP cover dance, DJ show...
In addition, the event also has Hanbok wearing experience areas, Korean handicraft and culinary experiences, photo and tourism promotion areas of Korea. Many attractive folk games of both Vietnam and Korea such as " roundabout", "Jumping rope", "Flag robbery", "B covering the eye and smashing the drum" ... will also be held, bringing a space for exchange and connection for the people of the two countries.
