In round 1 of Performance 3, the performance "Real talk talk" reached 709 points, surpassing the challenge mark and helping the three rookies Thai Le Minh Hieu, Wonbi and minhtin return to the squad after a period of "frozen". This is a spiritual victory when the members all set a goal of bringing their teammates back to the stage.
In the Performance round, the full lineup will perform "Guong vo lam lanh" - a new composition with a folding sound combined with modern elements. This is the first time Vietnamese folk material has appeared at the program, showing the experiment of beginners in approaching traditional music. The performance reached 629 points (120.3%), surpassing the challenge level and being recognized for its visual and artistic ideas.
Some contestants said they wanted to include folk culture in the competition to create connections between generations and expand the creative range.
However, in the Vocal competition with the song "Khong va em", the lineup only achieved 99.6% of the requirements, lacking 3 points to surpass the 100%. This result pushed the new recruits into the danger zone.
Based on the total accumulated points of three performances, minhtin became the one who had to leave the show. The decision moved many members, especially in the context of minhtin not recently returning to the squad.

After the 3rd performance, the two new recruits standing right on the minhtin - Ho Dong Quan and Swan Nguyen - were "frozen" for the next round, reflecting the increasingly fierce competition. Some new recruits share great pressure when small mistakes can also lead to unfavorable results.
At the end of episode 8, the organizers took time for the rookies to listen to direct comments from the audience. The comments focused on performance skills, inconsistent form, and the need to perfect every detail if they want to go far.
The program emphasized that listening to the audience's opinions is an important factor for the contestants to adjust and maintain a receptive spirit during the training process.
Episode 8 left its mark when for the first time, folk material entered the "All-round Rookie" stage, but also showed the harshness of the competition when any small mistake could change the rankings.
