As one of the program's Ambassadors, Thanh Hang appeared at the end of the Ao Dai festival program with the theme "Da Lat - Flowers & You".
She performed with models Lan Khue, Quynh Chau, Huong Ly, Xuan Hanh, and Le Hoang Phuong in the song "Around Vietnam".
Amidst the vibrant music, Thanh Hang performed in an energetic and cheerful ao dai, blending in with the bustling atmosphere of 15,000 spectators.
Thanh Hang said she received a direct invitation from the President of the Women's Union of Da Lat City. When she heard about the message of the program to spread the traditional Vietnamese ao dai, she was very excited.
“Because I was so excited and happy, I forgot about the 15-degree cold. Compared to the large audience who stood watching the show from 7 p.m. until the end, the cold that I felt for a moment was nothing. Seeing the audience excited and cheering enthusiastically while watching me and the other models perform, I felt warmed up,” Thanh Hang shared.
The 2024 Da Lat Ao Dai Festival is not only a simple cultural event but also a strong affirmation of Vietnamese cultural identity, the beauty of traditional Ao Dai in the new era, especially the role of Da Lat as a convergence point of Eastern and Western cultural quintessence.
