With the theme "Da Nang University - 30 years of journey and aspiration", the program had the participation and active contribution of 8 grassroots trade unions under the Da Nang University Trade Union and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Da Nang University.
The program aims to celebrate the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and welcome the important event marking the 30-year journey of construction and development of Danang University (1994-2024) - a symbol of knowledge, innovation and constant creativity.
Through the program, the Danang University Trade Union hopes to bring joy, entertainment, and enhance its important role in building a friendly and positive working and learning environment; an opportunity for officials, employees, and students throughout Danang University to meet, exchange, and understand each other, contributing to the development of Danang University.
The program brings special performances, emotional performances, as a congratulation, and also a deep gratitude to the common home of Danang University.
Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Huu Phuc - Chairman of the Danang University Trade Union said that Danang University is a core unit in the Vietnamese higher education system with 152 undergraduate training majors, 44 master's training majors and 24 doctoral training majors. The training scale is more than 60,000 full-time students. The staff, civil servants and employees of Danang University are nearly 2,700 people. Danang University Trade Union is the direct superior trade union with 8 affiliated grassroots trade unions, 115 departmental trade unions with 2,679 trade union members.
“Despite many difficulties in terms of facilities and human resources, the units, officials, employees and students have made continuous efforts to bring to the program impressive, unique and meaningful performances. This demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, creativity and is a testament to the determination to overcome difficulties of all officials, employees and students in the entire University of Danang”, said Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Huu Phuc.
