fast Retailing awards scholarships to Vietnamese students

On June 30, Fast Retailing Group, the parent company of the UNIQLO brand, announced the list of 12 Vietnamese students receiving scholarships from Fast Retailing Fund in 2025. This is the third year the program has been implemented in Vietnam, bringing the total number of students receiving scholarships to 27. Through the program, Fast Retailing wishes to accompany students on the journey to become individuals who actively contribute to the Vietnam - Japan relationship, building a more sustainable and better society.

Fast Retailing Fund scholarship is a full scholarship for the Bachelor's degree in English at 12 Japanese universities, supported with tuition, living expenses and housing costs throughout the entire program of the Bachelor's degree, with an average of 10 students/year.

This year, after reviewing documents and interview rounds, the admission council has selected 12 excellent students from 10 high schools across the country to award scholarships.

Mr. Noriaki Koyama - Senior Executive Director of Fast Retailing Group, and Senior General Secretary of Fast Retailing Fund, shared: "We believe that investing in education is the most practical way to create positive change for the future. Through the Fast Retailing Fund scholarship program, we hope to accompany the future generation of Vietnam not only in their learning journey but also on the path to realizing dreams, contributing to the overall development of society. I hope that through this learning opportunity, outstanding young people in Vietnam will have the opportunity to learn more about Japan and become a bridge between the two countries in the future.
