Implementing the Order of the Director of the Traffic Police Department and the Plan of the Director of the Da Nang City Police on general inspection, review, and handling of road and waterway transport business vehicles, after 5 days of simultaneous implementation of the peak period (from 12:00 on July 25), the Traffic Police Department of the City Police has detected and handled hundreds of violations.
Accordingly, the Traffic Police force detected and handled 345 violations as potential violations of traffic accident risks, specifically: 161 cases of alcohol concentration, 64 cases of speed, 18 cases of carrying more people than the prescribed number, 21 cases of not wearing seat belts, no transportation warrants for 2 cases, no transportation contracts for 3 cases and many other violations.
In the coming time, the Traffic Police Department will continue to mobilize 100% of its forces to increase patrols and control 24/7 in areas identified as hot spots, resolutely handling violations in the spirit of the rule of law, no forbidden areas, no exceptions, to deter, educate and create positive changes in awareness and compliance with the law of traffic participants.
