Not stopping there, the beauty continued to affirm her ability and spirit of improvement when completing the Master's degree in Finance - Banking at the National Economics University.
According to Runner-up To Thi Ly, education is the "soft weapon" that helps women feel confident from work, life until they step onto the stage of the Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025 beauty contest.

In the final round, in the behavioral round, before the question from the judges: "How do you think gender equality affects peace in the family and society?".
Beauty To Thi Ly confidently answered, "I believe gender equality is a solid foundation for building peace both in the family and in society. When women and men are respected, listened to and empowered equally, we not only create a fair environment, but also promote understanding, empathy and responsibility sharing.
In an equal family, children will grow up in love, without discrimination, and learn to live a decent life and respect others. And when such families increase in society, we will have a harmonious community with sustainable development. Gender equality is not only a right, but a path to a civilized and humane world".

It is known that Runner-up To Thi Ly is also fluent in 3 languages: Vietnamese, English and Chinese. This is also a skill that shows the global integration and communication of a new-age woman. Runner-up To Thi Ly, born in 1987 in Thai Binh (currently Hung Yen). She is 1m60 tall and has a balanced appearance. She is currently holding the position of Deputy General Director of a company specializing in steel production.
