The book series was published with the goal of spreading knowledge, raising social awareness of digital transformation - an important driving force for the country's development, and at the same time responding to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10).

The book series includes more than 20 in-depth books, gathering research works, analysis and practical experiences of many domestic and foreign scholars and experts. The publications comprehensively reflect the picture of digital transformation in many fields, from strategy, technology, management to education, economy and life.

Some outstanding books in the book series are the Digital Transformation Handbook of the Ministry of Information and Communications (old) - a foundational document helping readers grasp the concept, orientation and national action framework on digital transformation; Digital transformation of business in Vietnam by Dr. Bui Xuan Chung - focusing on the application of digital transformation in enterprises; Digital transformation summary: Strategy and roadmap of David L. Rogers - bringing international perspective and practical recommendations.

In addition, international works are valuable such as: 25 technology trends shaping the 4.0 Industrial Revolution by Bernard Marr; Digital transformation to core - Enhancing the leadership capacity of Mark Raskino and Graham Waller; Shaping the future 6G network - The necessity, impact and technology of Emmanuel Bertin and his colleagues, or the Internet of Things (IoT) - Digital transformation or the death of Nicolas Windpassinger.

The book series also includes works by many Vietnamese authors such as Pham Ngoc Huyen and Dang Thi Viet Duc, focusing on topics on digital government, open data and the impact of the digital economy on labor productivity. With a systematic, updated and highly practical structure, the book series is expected to become a source of useful documents for research, teaching, policy making as well as implementing digital transformation programs at ministries, branches, localities and enterprises.

Not only providing basic knowledge, the book series also provides models, examples and practical solutions to help readers apply directly to governance, production, business and the development of digital society.

The launch of the book series "Digital transformation - Knowledge foundation for the new era" demonstrates the efforts of the Science - Technology - Communication Publishing House in accompanying the Ministry of Science and Technology in implementing the policy of building a strong digital knowledge foundation, towards implementing the National Strategy on digital transformation to 2030.

On the occasion of National Digital Transformation Day, the Publishing House calls on agencies, organizations, schools, businesses and individuals in the science and technology system to actively learn, share and disseminate knowledge about digital transformation, contributing to building a humane and sustainable knowledge economy and digital society.

With the message "Knowledge is the foundation of digital transformation", the book series is expected to become a valuable source of documents, contributing to accompanying Vietnam on the journey of comprehensive digitalization.
