In particular, Polyphenol compounds in green tea have the effect of protecting the skin from the harmful effects of UV rays and free radicals - the main causes of skin aging.

How to make basic green tea mask
Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of green tea powder (should choose pure powder, no impurities), 1 teaspoon of pure honey, 2 - 3 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt
Directions: Add green tea powder, honey and yogurt to a clean bowl. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform. Depending on the thickness of the mixture, you can add or reduce the amount of yogurt to achieve the desired consistency.
Before applying the mask, wash your face thoroughly with warm water to remove dirt and open pores. Then apply the mixture evenly to your face and neck, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
Leave the mask on your skin for 15 - 20 minutes. This is the time for your skin to absorb the nutrients from the green tea and yogurt.
After the mask has dried, wash your face with warm water. Finally, rinse with cold water to tighten pores and moisturize the skin.
