Tong Nhut Truong excellently won the title of 3rd runner-up of Manhunt Vietnam 2025 contest held in Dong Nai in mid-December. He also won the Advertising Faces award at the contest.
In the final round, Tong Nhut Truong attracted attention when he gave a frank answer about online fraud and transnational crimes. Dong Nhut Truong believes that the most effective punishment to end online fraud is the strictness of the law along with the responsibility of the whole society.
When the law is strong enough to punish and when each individual is alert enough, online fraud will no longer exist, said Tong Nhut Truong.
Tong Nhut Truong was born in 2000, from An Giang, a model who is considered promising with a bright face and a balanced body with toned 6-pack abs. The 3rd runner-up pursues an elegant everyday style.
Tong Nhut Truong said that he had previously faced many criticisms about his body when he was only 56kg and 1.83m tall. He came to sports with the desire to change his figure. At first, he wanted to give up many times due to muscle pain, but Tong Nhut Truong persevered and practiced at the gym every day.
Tong Nhut Truong spent 2 hours exercising per day, along with a diet to increase muscle and reduce fat. He divided 5 meals a day, including 2 extra meals. The male model prioritizes choosing a menu with a lot of protein such as chicken breast, beef, seafood and slow-absorbing starch such as sweet potatoes, brown rice... At the same time, he chooses to drink a lot of water and sleep 8 hours a day.
Tong Nhut Truong said that he had not been effective when he first practiced, so he had to figure out the instructions on YouTube and follow them. The drops of sweat during practice help him build a physical foundation in the best way.
Talking about the 3rd runner-up achievement of Manhunt Vietnam 2025, the male model said that he was satisfied with the result. What makes me proud is that I have overcome my limits and overcome myself. The title is a great motivation for me to continue to improve" - Tong Nhut Truong said.
After being crowned, the male model will choose to develop a job related to fashion and participate in community activities.
