On her personal page, Thuy Anh shared a series of comparison photos before and after giving birth that surprised everyone. Her once round waist during pregnancy has now become slim in just 10 days.
“The photo was not edited to tighten the stomach, just to make it whiter. I still weigh 3kg more than before I was pregnant. I still eat normally like when I was pregnant, but maybe it's thanks to the reasonable diet and healthy habits I've maintained before," Thuy Anh shared.
Dang Khoi's wife also revealed that during her pregnancy she gained 10 kg and the gain was mainly for the baby, helping her body not to swell or retain too much water. She confided: "This time my body is very healthy, no back pain or body aches, still agile and active. I gained little weight but thank goodness for the baby."
When asked about her secret, the mother of three shared frankly: "I limit fried foods with a lot of oil, prioritize brown rice, eat a variety of proteins such as meat, fish, eggs, and add lots of steamed or boiled vegetables. In addition, drinking lots of water and steaming also helps the body eliminate toxins, promoting the recovery process."
Thuy Anh revealed that before becoming pregnant, she had a habit of going to the gym regularly. This is not only a way to help her body become toned but also to improve her health in preparation for pregnancy and motherhood. Throughout her pregnancy, she maintained gentle yoga practice, which not only helps her body become flexible but also keeps her mind relaxed and positive. These habits not only help her get through her pregnancy but also help her body recover quickly after giving birth.
Thuy Anh and Dang Khoi got married in 2013 and now have three sons: Dang Khang (13 years old), Dang Anh (10 years old) and the newborn Kai. The name Kai is a combination of the words "Khoi" and "gai", which has a special meaning for the family.
