1. Spicy bean curd rice

Ingredient:

- 1 bowl of cooked rice

- 1/2 cup curd

- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander

- 1 tablespoon peanut oil

- Salt to taste

Method:

- Mix rice with curd and salt to taste.

- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and ginger, cook until done then add to rice mixture.

- Garnish with coriander.

2. Curd and Oat Pancakes

Ingredient:

- 1 cup oatmeal

- 1/2 cup curd

- 1 grated carrot

- 1 green chili, chopped

- Salt to taste

Method:

- Mix well oats, curd, carrots, chili and salt.

- Pour the mixture into a hot pan and cook until golden brown.

- 1 banana

- 1 teaspoon honey

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Method:
