Amway and the Nutrilite Institute of Health coordinated with the National Institute of Nutrition to develop the Nutritional Morning program to help Vietnamese people build a balanced and adequate breakfast habit. The program provides scientific knowledge about the role of nutrition in health, the importance of healthy living habits, and provides useful advice to improve the quality of life.
According to experts, a healthy breakfast not only provides energy but also helps improve spirit, increase resistance, and improve work efficiency.
Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, said: "This training course not only helps Amway distributors equip themselves with scientific nutritional knowledge but also plays an important role in raising public awareness of the importance of breakfast. We believe that with this cooperation, Amway will contribute to promoting a healthier generation of Vietnamese people, being more proactive in health care right from their daily habits."
The program is taught by experts from the National Institute of Nutrition, with a curriculum based on science and practical research.
