The patient shared that upon admission to the hospital, he experienced abdominal pain in the epigastric and hypochondriac regions, along with a burning sensation. The abdominal pain increased.

The MRI results showed an enlarged gallbladder, gallstones, and fatty liver. The patient was diagnosed with cholecystitis due to gallstones. After 1 week of treatment, the patient was scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The doctors were surprised by the huge number of stones when opening the patient's gallbladder.
