In the face of the above situation, in order to ensure effective epidemic prevention and control and community health protection, the Department of Health requires affiliated units to urgently strengthen supervision and early detection of cases; proactively monitor in the community, medical facilities, and border gates to promptly detect suspected cases of COVID-19. Units took samples to test cases with suspected symptoms, especially at high-risk points. Complete, accurate and timely reports to the City Center for Disease Control and the Department of Health.

The Department of Health also requires units to promote the communication and control of epidemics; coordinate with local authorities to propagate and guide people to strictly implement translation measures as recommended by the Ministry of Health on strengthening the prevention and control of CIVI-19 epidemics in the new situation. In particular, wear masks in public places, health facilities, on public transport; Wash your hands regularly with soap or antiseptic solution. People limit crowded gathering when not needed. When there are symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, people go to the health facility immediately to check and monitor. People return from areas where there is an epidemic that needs to monitor health and take measures to prevent the spread to the community.
Units continue to update and adjust epidemic response plans in accordance with actual situations; ensure on-duty regime, and report quickly when unusual situations occur. Along with that, proactively coordinate with departments, branches and localities in control and handling cases.
