According to the family, the patient has a history of irregular menstruation. About a year ago, her abdomen began to gradually enlarge, recently it has enlarged rapidly and is accompanied by abdominal pain.

In cases where the cyst grows large, there is a risk of compressing surrounding tissues, causing torsion and rupture, which may require the removal of the ovary and fallopian tube, affecting the patient's reproductive function later.
