According to the family, the patient has a history of irregular menstruation. About a year ago, her abdomen began to gradually enlarge, recently it has enlarged rapidly and is accompanied by abdominal pain.
Through examination and abdominal ultrasound, the doctor discovered that the patient had a large ovarian cyst, measuring 20cm.After consultation, the doctors agreed to prescribe and perform surgery to remove the left ovarian cyst and part of the left ovary for the patient.

In cases where the cyst grows large, there is a risk of compressing surrounding tissues, causing torsion and rupture, which may require the removal of the ovary and fallopian tube, affecting the patient's reproductive function later.
