The 20th tournament brings together 11 children's football teams from districts, Bien Hoa City and Long Khanh City. Football teams participating in the tournament with players are elementary school students (born in 2014 or younger + 3 students born in 2013) in the 2023 - 2024 school year; Graded at average academic performance, good conduct or better, and healthy enough to play soccer.
The 11 teams participating in the tournament are divided into 2 groups, one group of 5 teams, one group of 6 teams, the teams compete in a round robin to calculate ranking points.
This year's award has been upgraded in terms of quality and scale of awards. The champion team will receive a trophy, flag, gold medal, a bonus of 20 million VND and other in-kind rewards. The second-place team received a flag, a silver medal and a bonus of 15 million VND. The two third-place teams received flags, bronze medals and a bonus of 10 million VND. The team that won the style award received a flag and a bonus of 3 million VND.
