Thang Long Factory - Strategic Project for New Development Phase

In 2025, Acecook Vietnam will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first sales day in Vietnam. Over the past 30 years, the enterprise has been affirming its pioneering position in the instant noodle industry with the leading Hao Hao noodle brand and being a national brand in the hearts of tens of millions of consumers. To date, the company has also expanded its exports to more than 40 countries and territories, bringing Vietnamese cuisine to the world map.

These achievements, along with the trust, support and support of consumers, are the motivation to motivate Acecook Vietnam to make more and more efforts, setting a new step forward for the vision: Becoming a sustainable synthetic food supplier and reaching the world.
Thang Long factory is considered one of Acecook Vietnam's strategic projects in the new development stage, demonstrating the desire to improve production capacity, compete in the international market and develop sustainably.
According to Mr. Kaneda, this new Thang Long factory project is planned with the goal of modernizing the production line, expanding supply capacity, and integrating green transformation and digital transformation solutions, with specific topics such as: Application of advanced production and operation technology. Use renewable energy, environmentally friendly materials, reduce emissions. Build a smart, automated management process to optimize production efficiency.
The project has a total investment of VND 2,200 billion, built on an area of 10 hectares, including two main items: factory and office. The factory will produce instant noodles and sell finished products, with 05 production lines, a capacity of 750 million packages per year, expected to be operational from January 2027.
Thang Long factory is Acecook Vietnam's 3rd factory in the Northern region and 14th nationwide. Currently, Acecook Vietnam is operating two factories in the North, including Hung Yen Factory, specializing in the production of noodles and vermicelli, with more than 1,200 workers. Bac Ninh factory, with more than 680 workers, produces rice products such as pho, vermicelli and semi-finished products, meeting the standards of pho supply for the Japanese market.
The groundbreaking ceremony of Thang Long Factory marks the beginning of a more strong and comprehensive development phase of Acecook Vietnam.
