To achieve this, suppliers of Tet goods have been busy for many months now, packaging and promoting their products on digital platforms.
Traditional dishes are indispensable products during Tet. Grasping this trend, traditional craft villages are busy speeding up production to bring to the market quality cakes, jams, dried products, shrimp paste, etc., with beautiful designs to meet the consumer needs of the people.

Thanks to that, the workers have more income to prepare for Tet, have the conditions to preserve their family's traditional profession and at the same time serve Tet better.
No matter how modern life changes, traditional cakes and jams such as ginger jam, coconut jam, sponge cake, sandwich cake... are indispensable during Tet holidays of Vietnamese families. Most families make traditional cakes and jams by hand on a small scale, but in return, the quality of the cakes and jams produced is delicious and favored by consumers.

Tet is the time when dried fish, dried shrimp, dried beef, dried buffalo, fermented shrimp, etc. are consumed strongly. Grasping the market demand, from the beginning of the 10th lunar month, households and production facilities in Bac Lieu province proactively prepared their goods. The working atmosphere at the facilities and households therefore became more lively.

For over a month, the working atmosphere of Ms. Huynh Thi Ngoc Khuong's family (Nha Mat ward, Bac Lieu city) has always been busy. With over 20 years of experience making shrimp paste and pickled onions, up to now, the products made by Ms. Khuong not only retain their own flavor but also have beautiful designs.
Thanks to e-commerce, her shrimp paste and pickled onions products are widely available in markets, tourist areas, and restaurants in provinces and cities: Ca Mau, Ho Chi Minh City, and some provinces in the North. Currently, she has received orders for more than 300 jars of shrimp paste, pickled onions, and pickled onions. It is expected that from now until Tet, the number will increase significantly. Therefore, the whole family works day and night to have enough supplies.

Having been involved in the dried food business for over 20 years, Ms. Mong Tuyen (Hamlet 1, Ganh Hao Town, Dong Hai District, Bac Lieu) said that the dried food business takes place all year round, but the busiest time is still serving the Lunar New Year market. About 2 months before Tet is the beginning of the dry season to serve Tet. On average, she makes a few dozen kilos each time, and by Tet the quantity increases 3-4 times to meet the market demand.
At this time, other traditional products are also in full swing during the season such as: dried shrimp, dried fish, rice paper, sour fish sauce, lollipops, jam, ginger jam..., which are also sought after by many people during Tet.
These traditional dishes are popular not only because they are delicious and unique, but also because they are prepared in a hygienic and safe manner, without using additives during processing.
