At the same time, the Swiss delegation recorded many useful information about the investment environment and preferential policies of the city.

Ms. Rachel Isensch Mid acknowledged that the presence of Swiss enterprises in Vietnam in general and in Da Nang in particular is still quite limited, although many Swiss enterprises have invested heavily in Asia and Southeast Asia through Singapore, including indirect capital flows into Vietnam.
Ms. Rachel Isenschmid also emphasized that Swiss businesses consider security and safety factors when investing abroad, due to the large scale of risks and different approaches compared to Asian businesses.
Ms. Rachel Isenschmid expressed her interest in the investment licensing process in Da Nang City and policies for small and medium-sized enterprises.
According to Ms. Rachel Isenschmid, if small-scale Swiss enterprises are granted favorable licenses in Da Nang City, it will be a typical example to help strengthen confidence and encourage the Swiss business community to expand investment cooperation in Vietnam in the coming time.
