To achieve the National Quality Gold Award, FrieslandCampina Ha Nam must pass a set of 7 criteria, including: Leadership role; strategic planning; customer and market orientation; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; human resource management and development; management of operational processes and performance results.
FrieslandCampina Ha Nam is currently one of the most modern milk factories in Southeast Asia, with almost completely automated technology to ensure the highest level of product quality and safety. The factory's capacity reaches 200 million kg of milk per year, providing about 1.5 billion servings of milk under brands such as Dutch Lady, Friso, YoMost and Fristi. This is the only factory in Asia licensed to produce and export Friso milk powder to foreign markets, achieving many international certifications for product quality.
FrieslandCampina Ha Nam has invested in developing a source of quality raw milk, creating jobs and stable income for more than 2,500 farming households; at the same time, continuously improving product designs, researching and developing new nutritional products to meet customer expectations.
Sharing about the National Quality Gold Award, the representative of FrieslandCampina Ha Nam proudly said: “This prestigious award is a great recognition of the staff for the contributions and continuous efforts of FrieslandCampina Ha Nam in particular and FrieslandCampina Vietnam in nearly 30 years of establishment and development. We consider the National Quality Award as a tool to measure the health of the enterprise and use it as a basis to strive for in all our activities. At FrieslandCampina, we conduct an annual assessment to know how far we have done and set goals for the coming years. Moreover, the National Quality Award is also one of the factors that makes our brand increasingly receive more trust from customers.”
