The exhibition provides opportunities for trade and trade promotion between domestic and foreign Bakery businesses. In particular, this is an opportunity for talented and professional chefs in the domestic and foreign Bakery industry to demonstrate their most creative skills in Cake making competitions within the framework of the exhibition.
Accompanying the Organizing Committee this year is the special support from the Vietnam Bakery Association and Asia Confectionery Joint Stock Company - ABC Bakery, this will be a perfect and harmonious combination of international exhibition quality but still bearing the typical identity of Vietnam.
VIBS 2024 brings a wide range of products, from modern bakery machinery and equipment, high-quality ingredients to finished bakery products. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience a panoramic view of the rapidly developing Vietnamese bakery industry, along with quality products from the international market.
Along with the exhibition, the Vietnam Bakery Cup 2024 competition also takes place, a competition between talented pastry chefs and banh mi chefs.
