The Department of Agriculture and Environment also requested the People's Committees of communes and wards: Vinh Trach, Vinh Hau, Lang Tron, Gia Rai, Phong Thanh, Phong Hiep, Bac Lieu, Hong Dan, Ganh Hao, Vinh Phuoc, Dinh Thanh, Long Dien, Ninh Quoi and An Trach to strengthen inspection and supervision of 39 products that have expired OCOP product recognition, reminding entities not to use OCOP product certification labels ( logo OCOP) to print and record on packaging and labels of products.
If the subjects continue to use the OCOP product certification trademark on products whose certification period has expired, they will be handled according to regulations.
In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province also warned that 27 products of 18 entities recognized by the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province (old) in 2022 in Decision No. 436/QD-UBND dated November 21, 2022 will expire from November 21, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of communes and wards: Vinh Trach, Vinh Hau, Chau Thoi, Vinh Loi, Lang Tron, Gia Rai, Phong Thanh, Phuoc Long, Ninh Thanh Loi, Dong Hai, Dinh Thanh and Ganh Hao to notify 18 entities of 27 whose products are nearly out of effect to recognize OCOP products as known; at the same time, propagate and encourage entities to continue to maintain, improve, improve product quality, complete registration documents, re-evaluate products (if needed) to be re-issued OCOP product certificates of Ca Mau province (if eligible) according to regulations.
