To further enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the field of e-commerce and digital business in Hai Duong province, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches and sectors in the province and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to strengthen coordination in the management of e-commerce activities to serve people and businesses; facilitate trade activities, create a transparent and fair import and export environment.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province requested the Department of Industry and Trade to closely coordinate with the provincial Tax Department and the Market Management Department in detecting and handling violations in e-commerce activities for enterprises, business households and individuals who do not declare and pay taxes; acts of commercial fraud, trading in counterfeit goods, goods violating intellectual property rights in e-commerce.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province also requested the Market Management Department - the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee 389 to proactively or preside over coordination with relevant departments, branches and units, to strengthen market inspection and control, strictly handle acts of smuggling, trade fraud, trading in counterfeit goods, goods violating intellectual property rights, goods of unknown origin and unfair competition in e-commerce and business on digital platforms.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Tax Department to build a tax management database for e-commerce activities, apply modern technologies, risk management methods for e-commerce activities, and business on digital platforms; gradually strictly control input invoices to ensure tax declaration and payment in accordance with legal regulations of enterprises, organizations and individuals in e-commerce business activities.
Strengthen inspection and examination of livestream sales activities; in case of detecting organizations or individuals selling goods or receiving commissions from advertising or selling goods with signs of violating the law, transfer them to competent authorities for handling in accordance with the provisions of law.
