At the end of the 2023 - 2024 FY2024, HSG's consolidated consumption output reached 1,941.694 tons, up 35% over the same period, completing 112% of the plan; HSG's consolidated revenue reached VND39,272 billion, up 24% over the same period, completing 109% of the plan; HSG's consolidated profit after tax reached VND515 billion, 16 times higher than the same period, completing 103% than the plan.
At the conference, Hoa Sen Group presented to the General Meeting of Shareholders a report on the analysis and development prospects of the Vietnamese construction materials market; proposed strategic solutions to develop production and business activities, and made efforts to complete the set business plan in the context of many difficulties and challenges in the economic situation. Through reports at the conference, Hoa Sen Group submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve important policies.
Hoa Sen Group also submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders a plan to pay dividends of the 2023 - 2024 FY20 in cash at an expected rate of 5%.
HSG plans to do business according to 02 after-tax profit plans of VND400 billion and VND500 billion in FY2024 - 2025.
