Golden Fin technology is a breakthrough with a non-corrosion coating on both sides of the AUX air conditioner heat exchanger system, helping to protect the heated system from the harsh effects of sunlight, significantly increasing its anti-corrosion capability. In addition, AUX also upgraded the control system, optimizing waterproof, insectproof, and dustproof features, thereby significantly increasing the product's lifespan.
In the near future, AUX will introduce the high-end brand Shinflow and its accompanying product lines, promising to bring high-class experiences to Vietnamese consumers.
In order to improve after-sales service and protect the rights of Vietnamese customers, AUX implements a policy of "1 exchange 1 in 365 days". Accordingly, in 2025, customers who buy qualified AUX air conditioners will be renewed for free if the product has a quality problem due to component or technical errors from the manufacturer.
