On February 5, Banana Brothers Farm Company, M’Drak District (Dak Lak) exported 5 containers of bananas (100 tons) to China and South Korea. This is an important step, opening up a bright picture for the province’s agricultural sector in 2025.
Ms. Le Thi My Hanh, General Director of the company, said that the Chinese and Korean markets have strict quality standards. However, the company's products have met and conquered these markets.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Duong, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dak Lak, emphasized that the province always encourages businesses to invest in agriculture, especially concentrated production models with brands and competitiveness in the international market.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province, in 2024, the province's total export turnover is estimated to reach over 1.8 billion USD, an increase of 23.9% over the previous year, exceeding 115.8% of the annual plan.
Dak Lak continues to lead the Central Highlands region in exports, with goods reaching more than 70 countries and territories.
