Hung Dao Ward Police coordinated with Hung Dao Ward Health Station to inspect and discover that Hai Phong Green Sun Investment Company Limited in Dong Lam area, Hung Dao Ward had violations, including: Processing, trading, and preservation places with insects and harmful animals; Not implementing the three-step food inspection regime according to regulations; Not complying with the provisions of the law on food sample storage.
On September 23, Hung Dao Ward Police issued a decision to fine Hai Phong Green Sun Investment Company Limited VND20 million for the above violations.
Recently, on September 15, Hung Dao Ward Police coordinated with Market Management Team No. 2 under the Hai Phong Market Management Department to inspect the business activities of trading goods of business household Le Hoang H (at Lot 357 - 359, Road No. 6, Anh Dung 5 area, Ninh Hai 1 residential group). During the inspection, the authorities discovered that Ms. Le Hoang H had committed the following violations: Not registering to establish a business household subject to business registration; 270 smuggled goods with a total value of 29.7 million VND. On September 24, Market Management Team No. 2 issued a decision to administratively fine Ms. Le Hoang H VND 23.5 million for violations.
Then, on September 19, Hung Dao Ward Police coordinated with Hung Dao Ward People's Committee to inspect T.N.T.C. Dynamic Joint Stock Company (at 11 Mac Quyet Street, Phu Hai 3 Residential Group). During the inspection, T.N.T.C Dynamic Joint Stock Company violated environmental protection laws (the facility has been operating but has not registered for environmental protection). Based on the authority to sanction administrative violations, the Ward Police have proposed that the People's Committee of Hung Dao Ward issue a decision to sanction the above administrative violation with a fine of 8 million VND.
Thus, Hung Dao Ward Police and relevant agencies have imposed administrative fines on the above 3 facilities with a total amount of 51.5 million VND.
