DURAflex® Low carbon cement is produced by a combination of Gia CuongTM Technology and PureFormTM Technology to meet the quality criteria of product durability while minimizing environmental impacts. PureFormTM technology has been applied since 2024, and has recorded specific outstanding emission reduction indicators: reusing 15,500 m3 of water, saving 34% of energy consumption, reducing 20% of CO2 emissions.
Du DuRAflex® Low carbon cement is certified to not break when falling at a height of 0.5 meters and the side- soluble ratio is 5 times lower than that of regular cement concrete.
Low carbon is a criterion developed by Saint-Gobain globally based on strict international indicators on carbon emissions and sustainability. The product must meet at least 20% of the carbon footprint reduction and be confirmed by a third party, based on product lifecycle analysis, transparent and objective data on environmental impact.
