According to the agreement, SATRA and FPT agreed to coordinate in implementing investment, development, purchase and sale of goods and services and applying technology solutions in the strengths of the two sides.
The focus of cooperation is to improve management and operation capacity, optimize supply chains, expand distribution channels and gradually form new business models based on digital technology platforms, in line with the long-term development strategy of SATRA and FPT.
FPT will accompany SATRA in implementing digital initiatives, in line with the digital transformation roadmap to 2030, towards building a modern management model, based on data and technology.
Along with that, FPT considers using the source of goods provided by SATRA on the Sendo.vn e-commerce platform as a pillar in the product ecosystem development strategy.
The cooperation between the two sides also opens up opportunities to develop the Satrafoods convenience food store chain in some FPT member units, contributing to expanding the distribution network and strengthening the presence of the SATRA brand in the business and technology ecosystem.
