This year's event is part of the "Green Lighting Transition towards Net Zero" campaign.
Signify Innovation Day is an important annual event of Signify, aiming to promote cooperation between Dutch and Vietnamese businesses, aiming at the goal of sustainable business development.
At the event, business representatives discussed and shared innovative initiatives and technologies to support the green transformation of the economy. The event affirmed the role of advanced lighting technology as an effective solution in reducing emissions, contributing to the common commitment to sustainable development, with lighting considered the fastest way to reach the Net Zero target.
Mr. Dang Hai Dung, Deputy Director, Department of Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development emphasized: “We highly appreciate Signify's efforts to pioneer in introducing energy-saving lighting solutions, protecting users' health, and aiming for Vietnam's goal of Net Zero carbon neutrality by 2050 according to Vietnam's commitment at the international climate forum Cop 26.”
