This cooperation initiative affirms Visa's commitment to promoting digital transformation and financial inclusion in Vietnam, through the expansion of the digital payment ecosystem.
The implementation of Visa's Value Added Service (VAS) will allow ETC-EPAY to provide additional payment services in the fields of finance, transportation, customs and healthcare, contributing to the growth of Vietnam's digital economy.
Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) platform on comprehensive cooperation in the field of public services signed between Visa and ETC-EPAY in August 2024, the two sides have been actively coordinating to develop and deploy practical solutions for public service providers nationwide.
This solution includes non-stop fee payment, automatic payment at hospital kiosks, low-cost virtual card issuance and quick procedures, creating conditions for users to proactively pay for convenient services. The close cooperation between Visa and ETC-EPAY promises to bring added value to customers, partners and the community.
