Introducing the "Dream" collection at Vietnam International Fashion Week, designer Cao Minh Tien showed an emotional journey inspired by the folk songs of the Bac Ninh family and the worship of the Mother.
Not just a fashion show, Thoai Mong is staged as a short film about love between couples, about nostalgia, about the gentle but proud Vietnamese identity. Each design has a nostalgic sound, exuding traditional features in the contemporary image.

The show gathered a group of models and outstanding guests, especially the surprise appearance of former model Doan Hong Diep - a familiar face on the catwalks of fashion in the 2000s, bringing many emotions to the audience.
After a long time of quietly away from the spotlight to focus on family and community activities, this is the first time she has returned to catwalk in a large-scale fashion show.
Talking about this special comeback, Doan Hong Diep said: I always admire the traditional cultural values that designer Cao Minh Tien persistently pursues. To be present in a show like this is an honor and also a gift for my youth.

Forever the dream is not only the dream of designer Cao Minh Tien but also the dream I have dreamed of since my twenties - to put on a cultural storytelling design.
In 2002, Doan Hong Diep made a strong impression with her elegant demeanor and beauty imbued with Eastern identity, becoming an icon of the modern generation of Vietnamese women in the early 21st century.
At a time when she was widely loved, in 2007, she proactively withdrew from the spotlight to build a family and pursue more sustainable values in life.

In 2010, Doan Hong Diep established Phuoc An Nhien Charity Fund, focusing on charity activities, supporting children and the disadvantaged and promoting education in localities with many difficulties.
After nearly two decades of retreating backstage, Doan Hong Diep is gradually returning to outstanding activities in 2025. She continues to affirm her personal mark with the calmness, sophistication and courage of a mature woman.
In 2025, Doan Hong Diep will take on the role of vedette at the Vietnam Equestrian Odyssey show - a gathering place for high-end fashion and horse riding art.
In May of the same year, she was invited to attend the Cannes Film Festival as a VIP guest - marking a memorable milestone in her comeback journey.
