After returning to the catwalk as a model, supermodel Ky Han continues to attract attention when presenting the latest designs by designer Kenny Thai.
The collection, titled "Long Hoa Festival Night", takes viewers back in time to immerse themselves in the royal festival of Thang Long, a thousand years of culture. Where the most graceful beauties, the most elegant costumes, and the most enduring heritage proudly meet.

The designs are sewn, embroidered and beaded by craftsmen from all over Hanoi. The motifs reflect the rich culture and history with meaningful folk symbols, on the finest materials from traditional craft villages in the suburbs.
Although she had been away from the catwalk for many years, supermodel Ky Han immediately agreed when she received the invitation from designer Kenny Thai. “After seeing the drawings and trying on the design, Ky Han was extremely excited and agreed to be my opening act,” Kenny Thai said.

Ky Han wore a yellow ao dai, combined with a cape and a floral crown. Inspired by a royal festival, Ky Han represented a beauty from a region attending the banquet. The cape was meticulously and elaborately embellished, making her look gorgeous and graceful.
The highlight of the design is the embellishment along the hem of the cloak and on the chest. The designer used 5 types of stones, notably sapphire and swarovski, to make the design shine and sparkle under the stage lights.

To complete the product, including the meticulous attachment, the designer used many skilled workers to work diligently for 1 month.
Ky Han's ao dai also impresses with its layered color effect, with a graceful color transition between the light yellow ao dai, dark yellow pants, and a cloak creating an ombre effect from dark purple to light purple pink.

The ombre colored robe was meticulously crafted by the designer. The robe material is light, thin, transparent silk, helping to create a floating effect when moving. Designer Kenny Thai said that he had to print a total of 3 times to get the desired color of the robe to create a highlight for the ao dai.
Sharing about this comeback, the former model from Soc Trang said that she previously gave up showbiz because her husband Mac Hong Quan did not like his wife working in a controversial field.

However, her passion for the stage lights never faded. After much persuasion, Ky Han was allowed by her husband to return to the stage because he understood his wife's personality and thoughts.
The Ao Dai collection of designer Kenny Thai received much support from actress Quynh Hoa, runner-up Thuy Van, MC Kim Huyen Sam, media beauty Miss Vietnam 2016 - Phung Bao Ngoc Van, Miss Ao Dai Phi Thuy Linh, Miss Duong Thuy Linh, Miss Ao Dai Tuyet Nga...
