This is the first project Coteccons has implemented in the loan program from the World Bank, with the requirement of having a guarantee of 1% of the package value for compliance with environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs.
After 3 months of bidding, Coteccons is proud to have won the HCMVNU-CW-01 package with the highest value, undertaking the implementation of 2 items with a total area of nearly 50,000 m2: construction of YB1, YB2, YB3 blocks and landscape infrastructure.
With experience and construction capacity, Coteccons is committed to completing the package 15 days ahead of schedule, shortening the construction progress by 10 months according to the Investor's proposals.
Coteccons committed to the investor to resolutely adhere to the "Social Environment Management Strategy and Implementation Plan" during the construction process. In particular, focus on complying with and fully implementing environmental protection solutions at the highest level such as controlling noise and vibration, dust and emissions, wastewater, waste, controlling erosion, landslides, etc.; demonstrating social environmental responsibility through solutions to manage traffic safety, protect urban landscape and areas of Ho Chi Minh City National Park, protect groundwater sources, etc.
