FPT Digital Kaizen: Approach from strategy to action
In the training program, the team of experts from FPT Digital introduced the FPT Digital Kaizen methodology - a digital transformation model specifically designed for Vietnamese enterprises.
Through this model, each Petrosetco unit has helped measure the level of digital readiness and propose priority initiatives that can be implemented in the short term. This is not only a training activity, but a specific step to help Petrosetco design a methodical, feasible and effective digital transformation roadmap.

In addition to the overall strategy, the leadership and key staff are also trained on how to build a digital initiative management model - helping to ensure continuity, control risks and be ready to expand after the pilot phase. AI-First thinking: New actions in the new era
The highlight of the program is the training and practice content on artificial intelligence (AI). Under the theme "AI-First - operational thinking in the digital age", key staff were guided to approach a number of AI tools in the business context, and at the same time practice applying them to specific problems such as: analyzing sales data, automating customer service content, analyzing business reports and supporting quick decision making.
FPT Digital also provides reality models from the oil and gas industry, logistics services and retail to demonstrate that AI is creating breakthrough values and is completely appreciated and measurable.
