The Xuan Khanh Ward Environmental Response Team was established to address waste pollution in the area. The locality believes that this will be an immediate solution to help address people's health concerns and ensure urban aesthetics. The image of the garbage cleanup campaign, when spread throughout the community, will also improve people's awareness of putting garbage in the right place.

This team has a group that receives and processes feedback information, mobilizes forces to immediately handle garbage backlogs, coordinates and assigns appropriate forces at each time and place when handling environmental sanitation hotspots. The team also transfers information about garbage hotspots to the urban order and environmental sanitation team to extract camera images to handle cases of illegal garbage disposal.
