From this morning, March 24, a short clip appeared on many social networking sites on Facebook, spread from a traffic security camera recording images of two consecutive traffic accidents (TNGT) about 30 seconds apart that were believed to have occurred in Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province.
Notably, according to published information, these two accidents were both related to students driving motorbikes to school when they were not qualified.
Regarding the incident, in the afternoon of the same day, responding to Lao Dong reporter, the representative of the Traffic Police Department - Thai Binh Provincial Police confirmed that the two consecutive traffic accidents mentioned above occurred in Lien Hoa commune (Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province) and fortunately did not record the victim's death immediately after the accident.
However, the incident is once again a wake-up call for the situation of students and teenagers who are not qualified but still drive motorbikes to participate in traffic.

After the collision, the electric motorbike with license plate 17AE-049.53 slipped on the road and continued to collide with the motorbike with license plate 17B1-393.11 that had fallen on the road in the traffic accident just before as mentioned above.
As a result, after 2 consecutive traffic accidents about 30 seconds apart, 4 injured victims had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
