Through the work of grasping the situation and the mass media, at around 8:00 p.m. on October 12, An Lac Thon Commune Police conducted an administrative inspection of the house of Tran Thanh Thai (born in 1991, residing in An Lac Thon Commune, Can Tho City). Through the inspection, the police discovered that Thai and 2 subjects, Mai Van Loc (born in 2005) and Vo Van Tiep (born in 2007), both residing in An Lac Thon commune, were illegally using drugs.
At the scene, the police seized a set of drug use tools, including: 1 broken glass basket, 1 lighter, 1 section of white plastic pipe with a sealed end and 1 section of white plastic pipe with pink plastic pipe forces.
The commune police brought the subjects to the headquarters for questioning and quickly tested the results of all 3 subjects positive for drugs. At the police station, the subjects admitted their actions.
An Lac Thon Commune Police are continuing to investigate, clarify and handle the subjects according to regulations.
