On the afternoon of August 25, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai province held a meeting to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the cultural industry's tradition (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025).

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai province, after the merger, the new Dong Nai province will have a larger and more colorful appearance.
The system of tangible and intangible cultural heritages is rich and diverse with many types and widely distributed in 95 communes and wards.
As of July 2025, Dong Nai province has a total of 119 ranked relics. Of which, there are 6 special national relics, 41 national relics, 72 provincial relics and nearly 1,500 relics that have been inventoried, more than 400 types of festivals taking place during the year.
The movements "All people unite to build a cultural life" and "Good people, good deeds" are promoted and spread humanistic values with the models of "Cultural family", "Cultural neighborhood, hamlet".
Up to now, Dong Nai province has 95/95 communes and wards with cultural and sports institutions to ensure serving the needs of people's daily life and entertainment; by the end of 2024, there will be 99.9% of hamlets and residential areas meeting cultural standards, 98.9% of agencies and units meeting cultural standards, 82% of enterprises meeting cultural standards, 98.9% of families meeting cultural standards...
The sports sector has constantly improved its achievements in national and international arenas, winning many medals of all kinds in domestic and foreign tournaments.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Loan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai province, said that with the action declaration "Culture is the foundation - Information is the guiding principle - Sports is the strength - Tourism is the bridge connecting", the whole industry is determined to successfully carry out the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people, bringing the cause of cultural development into a new era with new achievements, new marks, contributing to building a rich, democratic, fair, civilized, prosperous and happy Vietnam.
