Ha Tien Ward Police have just issued a Decision to prosecute the accused and a ban on leaving the place of residence of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police against Bui Tuan Ut, born in 1984, residing in Ha Tien Ward for illegal use of drugs.
According to the investigation results, on the afternoon of July 27, 2025, Ut was visited by a friend and given some drugs. At around 7:00 p.m. the same day, Ut took the above drugs out for use at home.
On August 1, 2025, during the periodic assessment and education work, Ha Tien Ward Police invited Ut to the headquarters to work and conduct a quick test, detecting the subject positive for drugs.
