On October 14, at the Kien Hung Commune Cultural House, the Steering Committee for Site Clearance to implement the Tan Trao Industrial Park Construction Investment Project Phase 1 and Tan Trao Industrial Cluster in Kien Hung Commune held a conference to review and evaluate the results of site clearance and deploy directions and tasks in the coming time.
In the past time, in Kien Hung commune, site clearance has been completed to implement 2 local education development projects, including: Project to build a multi-purpose gymnasium, auxiliary works of Ngu Doan Secondary School (total land area recovered is 4,000 m2 of 14 households with a total compensation and support cost of 1.77 billion VND); Project to build a 2-storey classroom, auxiliary works of Ngu Doan kindergarten (total land area recovered is 3,000 m2 of 1 household with a total compensation and support cost of 910 million VND).
In the commune, there are currently 2 projects being implemented: Tan Trao Industrial Cluster Investment project for technical infrastructure construction and business management (total recovered land area is 49.97 ha of 570 households); Tan Trao Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project Phase 1 (total recovered land area is 222.41 ha of 1,600 households).
By October 13, the commune had handed over the entire 30.56 hectares of agricultural land in Da Ngu village to the Tan Trao Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project Phase 1 to ensure the project's progress, with 299 households receiving full compensation and support, with a total cost of 145.3 billion VND. At the same time, the work of inventorying, propagating and mobilizing people in the remaining villages such as Kim Son, Ngoc Tinh, Ky Son is being vigorously implemented, in accordance with the process, ensuring publicity, transparency, and compliance with the law.
In the coming time, the People's Committee of Kien Hung commune will continue to speed up the site clearance progress in the remaining villages, with the goal of basically completing site clearance of the entire 222.41 ha agricultural land area of the Tan Trao Industrial Park project by the end of 2025, including the safe relocation of all graves to the centralized cemetery. Along with that, continue to promote extensive propaganda on policies and guidelines for site clearance to each citizen. The Commune People's Committee commits that all site clearance procedures will be carried out publicly, democratically, and in accordance with the law. The entire compensation and support plan, land price list... will continue to be publicly posted at common living locations (cultural houses, People's Committee headquarters) as well as on the commune's media. The commune will continue to train and improve the capacity of cadres working in site clearance, clearly assign people and work, and strengthen discipline and order in performing tasks.
Recognizing the achieved results, at the conference, the People's Committee of Kien Hung commune commended 1 collective and 14 individuals with outstanding achievements in site clearance for the Tan Trao Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project Phase 1.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Trung Kien, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, praised the collective and individuals for their efforts in implementing key projects. At the same time, he emphasized that the current time is a golden opportunity to attract investment, especially when many large-scale projects and supporting industry projects are being strongly promoted in Kien Hung, Kien Hai, Nghi Duong. The city expects this area to become a new driving force for development, the foundation for the formation of the Southern Economic Zone.
The Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board requested localities to clearly define their goals and take drastic actions, in which Kien Hung commune strives to basically complete the site clearance of Tan Trao Industrial Park before the Lunar New Year 2026.
