On May 11, the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Province Police announced that it had just arrested a group of 6 subjects, teenagers from 14 to 16 years old, all residing in Vinh City, for the act of stealing property.
According to the authorities, in a short time, the group of subjects committed 3 thefts of people's motorbikes. After the theft, the vehicles were sold for spending money or used as a means of transportation.

Notably, in the group, there are 5/6 subjects under 16 years old, especially 2 subjects who are students at secondary schools in Vinh City. The group's actions caused disorder and anger among the people.
After a period of monitoring and applying professional measures, the Criminal Police Department summoned, arrested the group and seized related evidence.
The police agency has issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Theft of property" under Article 173 of the Penal Code and continue to expand the investigation.
Nghe An Provincial Police said they will increase patrols, control, and strictly handle violations of the law by teenagers and students. At the same time, it calls for coordination from schools and families in educating and managing children, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
