On March 27, Nam Dinh Provincial Police informed that, previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on March 19, the Nam Van Ward Police Working Group (Nam Dinh City) conducted a patrol in the area of Dich Le B residential group (Nam Van Ward, Nam Dinh City). During the mission, the working group discovered Vu Duc Hieu (born in 1996, residing in Hamlet 7, Xuan Phu Commune, Xuan Truong District) driving a motorbike with license plate 18B 2-3 18.95 with suspicious signs.
Through an administrative inspection, the working group discovered and caught Hieu red-handed in the act of illegally storing drugs, the authorities seized 0.194 grams of heroin.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Dinh Province Police is continuing to fight to expand and consolidate the case file to strictly handle the subject according to the provisions of the law.
