On March 24, information from Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that Le Duc Tuyen (born in 1980, residing in Group 17, Minh Xuan Ward) had just been arrested for the act of theft of property.
Before that, Tuyen drove a car to the broadcasting station of a telecommunications company in Trung Mon commune, Yen Son district. Here, the doctor stole a 2x16mm2 copper core cable.
During the crime, Tuyen was discovered and arrested.
At the police station, the subject confessed to having committed 6 cases, stealing more than 300 meters of cable in Son Duong district, Yen Son district and Tuyen Quang city.
The stolen cables were illegally sold by Tuyen, earning over 7 million VND.
The case has been handed over to the Criminal Investigation Agency, Ministry of National Defense for settlement in accordance with the provisions of law.
